ADELE's headlining set at last weekend's (24-26Jun16) Glastonbury festival has sent her back to the top of the U.K. album charts.
Her 2015 album 25 experienced a 230-plus per
cent sales surge following her Glastonbury gig on Saturday night
(25Jun16), and it's now enjoying a 13th week at number one.
She has leapfrogged fellow Glastonbury headliners Coldplay, whose A Head Full of Dreams is also on the rise at two.
ELO's greatest hits compilation All Over the World
, Rick Astley's 50 and Beyonce's Lemonade round out the new top five.
Meanwhile, on the singles chart, Drake becomes one of only three acts to spend 12 or more weeks at number one with One Dance.
Only Bryan Adams and Wet Wet Wet have spent
more consecutive weeks in the top spot with their 1990s hits
(Everything I Do) I Do It For You, which scored 16 weeks at number one,
and Love Is All Around, which landed 15 weeks.
